WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS? +

When you choose bank transfer, do not press the Download Invoice button before completing the payment.Complete the payment and upload the bank receipt to the system by pressing the Upload Receipt button.The admin approval process will be initiated and once the paid amount is physically deposited into the bank account, the software download button on the same page will be activated upon admin approval.Once the admin approves the payment, you will be notified via email.In international banking systems, the bank transfer process may take 2 to 5 business days to complete.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR MY PURCHASE WITHOUT VAT? +

In order to make a VAT-exempt purchase, your registered company address, tax number and payment channel must be outside Turkey!

If you will make the payment from a bank account or debit/credit card in Türkiye, VAT will be compulsorily added by the system.Even if you declare your location outside Türkiye, if you make the payment through a bank in Türkiye, VAT will definitely be reflected on your invoice!

WILL IT WORK IF I BUY SINGLE SOFTWARE FOR ALL COMPUTERS IN MY COMPANY? +

NO, IT DOES NOT WORK.You can download 1 software license for each computer.

ALL BROKERS IN MY COMPANY USE A COMMON EMAIL ADDRESS.CAN I BUY A LICENSE FOR EVERY COMPUTER THROUGH THE SAME EMAIL? +

YES.

You can purchase one license for each Computer using the same email address and the same company details.However, your GSM number and the user password you choose must be different from the others.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ACTIVATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL? +

If the activation was unsuccessful, the archive was corrupted or incompletely downloaded, probably because the internet connection you were using was slow or the file was disconnected at the moment of downloading.Your activation link is valid for 24 hours.To download the file again, click on the activation link in the first email and repeat the same steps.But, first, check your internet speed!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD DURING REGISTRATION? +

Don't worry at all.If you have successfully registered the application form, it means that your email address is registered correctly in the system.When you come to the User Portal login panel, click the "I forgot my password" link at the bottom and reset your password from the window that opens.Then, continue the process from where you left off.

If that doesn't work, wait 24 hours and your record will be reset from the system.Then, you can fill out the application form from the beginning and start the process again.
